Author Health was challenged with establishing a credible, differentiated mental healthcare brand that could address sensitive SMI (Severe Mental Illness) diagnoses. At C42D, we conducted in-depth audience research, including interviews to align messaging with patient and caregiver needs. This informed a brand strategy highlighting empathy, trust, and transformative care.
The resulting brand symbolizes growth, resilience, and connection, with an emphasis on clarity and support. Launching with $115M in VC backing, Author Health now stands out as a value-based care innovator, empowering patients and caregivers through every step of their journey.
